Subjective Effects

Legacy content. A statistically backed ontology from Mindstate Design Labs is coming soon.

Effects vary widely by individual, dose, and context.

Physical

The physical effects of 25N-NBOMe can be broken down into several components which progressively intensify proportional to dosage.

Cognitive

The cognitive effects of 25N-NBOMe can be described as quite reminiscent to that of 25C-NBOMe. They can be broken down into several components which progressively intensify proportional to dosage.

Geometry

The visual geometry that is present throughout this trip is often described as similar in appearance to that of LSD. It can be comprehensively described as algorithmic in style, intricate in complexity, fine and zoomed out in detail, fast and smooth in motion, structured in shape, colourful in scheme, glossy in colour, sharp around its edges and mostly rounded across its corners. In terms of its behaviour, 25N-NBOMe's geometry leads onto level 8A visual geometry with level 8B remaining so far unconfirmed within this substance. It also seems to consistently build up in visual intensity when the tripper stares at a central point. This eventually envelops the visual field and creates the sensation that the tripper has broken through into a continuously shifting geometric landscape or structure with a vast sense of physical size attributed to it.

Hallucinatory States

Transformations

Auditory

The auditory effects of 25N-NBOMe are common in their occurrence and exhibit a full range of effects.

Caution

Use caution

These combinations are not usually physically harmful, but may produce undesirable effects, such as physical discomfort or overstimulation. Extreme use may cause physical health issues. Synergistic effects may be unpredictable. Care should be taken when choosing to use this combination.

Tolerance

Tolerance not written up yet

Harm Potential

Addiction & Dependence

Psychological

Extremely Low

25N-NBOMe is not typically associated with habit formation, and interest in repeated use may diminish after use, making its use pattern largely self-limiting.

Physical

Extremely Low

Rapid tolerance emerges after use and can persist for 2-3 weeks, which makes repeated compulsive use difficult.

Toxicity

Lethal Dosage

No exact toxic cutoff has been established, and person-to-person physiology appears to influence risk substantially rather than dose alone. Anecdotal reports place the onset of serious adverse effects above about 1000 μg, while especially sensitive individuals may face life-threatening effects around 2000 μg. Other reports describe survival after far larger amounts without major adverse effects. The broader NBOMe series has been associated with many overdoses and deaths, but deaths specifically attributed to 25N-NBOMe have not been reported at this time.

Cardiovascular

Overdose can produce dangerously high heart rate, blood pressure, and significant vasoconstriction, with risks including cardiac arrest in severe cases.

Thermoregulatory

Hyperthermia has been reported as part of the overdose syndrome.

Psychosis Risk

Moderate

Anxiety and paranoia occur more readily than with other psychedelics, perhaps due to its prominent stimulating properties. Overdose situations may involve confusion, delusions, panic attacks, and aggressive behavior.

Seizure Risk

Moderate

Seizures are a documented effect and are associated with overdose. NBOMe compounds have shown a tendency to cause severe seizures.
