1cP-LSD
1cP-LSD is a semisynthetic psychedelic of the lysergamide class and an acylated derivative of LSD.12 It was first developed by Lizard Labs around 2019 as a legal alternative following the anticipated prohibition of 1P-LSD in Germany. It is structurally related to other LSD analogs such as 1P-LSD, 1B-LSD, and ALD-52.1 Research has demonstrated that it functions as a prodrug of LSD,1 with anecdotal reports describing near-identical effects.

They can be comprehensively described as unstructured in organization, algorithmic and digital in geometric style, intricate in complexity, large in size, fast and smooth in motion, multicoloured in scheme, bright and flat in colour, and sharp in their edges with extremely angular corners. At higher dosages they consistently result in states of Level 7A visual geometry.

1cP-LSD is capable of producing a full range of low and high level hallucinatory states in a fashion that is significantly less consistent and reproducible than that of many other commonly used psychedelics.

1cP-LSD is a prodrug of LSD, with its psychedelic effects mediated through the activity of LSD at serotonin 5-HT2A receptors, where it acts as a partial agonist.11 In rodent studies, 1cP-LSD produces the head-twitch response (a behavioral marker of 5-HT2A receptor activation) with potency comparable to 1P-LSD.1 Direct pharmacological characterization of 1cP-LSD at specific receptor targets remains limited.
