LSM-775

LSM-775 falls within the generic structural definition for Δ9,10-ergolene-derived compounds in Anlage 1 Nr. 5.2 of the Neue-psychoaktive-Stoffe-Gesetz (NpSG), which has applied since 18 July 2019; federal regulation materials identify LSM-775 by its chemical name as a covered example with a morpholino substituent. The NpSG prohibits trade, placing on the market, manufacture, import, export, transit, acquisition, possession, and administration to another person, subject to its statutory exclusions and recognized commercial, industrial, scientific, and official-use exceptions. Under § 4(1), trade, placing on the market, administration to another person, and manufacture or movement into Germany for the purpose of placing on the market are punishable by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine. Simple acquisition and possession are prohibited but are not enumerated as standalone criminal offences in § 4; covered substances may nevertheless be seized, held, and destroyed.

LSM-775, also known as lysergic acid morpholide or N-morpholinyllysergamide, is not listed by name or synonym in the current BetmVV-EDI Annexes 1–8. Annex 6, Verzeichnis e, number 263 covers specified lysergic-acid-amide derivatives but does not include incorporation of the amide nitrogen into a cyclic structure, which is the defining feature of LSM-775's morpholine amide; no other generic class in Annex 6 encompasses its verified structure. LSM-775 is therefore not scheduled as a controlled substance under the BetmVV-EDI. This classification is limited to controlled-substance scheduling and does not establish that an LSM-775 product may be marketed without satisfying other Swiss product or medicines laws.
