They give off a synthetic feel to them that is less impressive than most of the "classical" psychedelics at any level. It has yet to be confirmed whether this compound results in either level 8A or level 8B at heavy doses.

The exact toxic dose is unknown. A death related to behavioral intoxication has been reported. Published overdose case reports describe loss of consciousness, visual hallucinations, acute delirium, and rhabdomyolysis.
Compared with many psychedelics, it can produce uncomfortable cardiovascular effects such as elevated blood pressure and heart rate, prompting concern about possible toxicity from heavy or prolonged use.
Rhabdomyolysis has been reported in overdose cases.
