3-MeO-PCPr
3-MeO-PCPr is a dissociative research chemical of the arylcyclohexylamine class.citation needed It is the N-propyl homologue of 3-MeO-PCE and is reported to be slightly less potent than PCP while producing a somewhat less manic experience by comparison. As a relatively obscure research chemical, very limited data exists regarding its safety profile, pharmacology, and long-term effects. Like other arylcyclohexylamines, it may carry a risk of habit formation.1

Legality
International
As of 23 August 2026, 3-MeO-PCPr (N-propyl-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexan-1-amine) is not named or chemically designated in the current complete INCB Yellow, Green or Red Lists. The Green List instead places PCE (N-ethyl-1-phenylcyclohexylamine) and PHP/PCPy (1-(1-phenylcyclohexyl)pyrrolidine) in Schedule I and separately places 3-methoxyphencyclidine (1-(1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl)piperidine) in Schedule II. Those exact designations do not cover the target, which the analytical literature identifies as the 3-methoxyphenyl N-propyl compound rather than the N-ethyl, pyrrolidine or piperidine compounds. The Green List extends control to salts and applicable stereoisomers of listed substances, not to otherwise distinct N-alkyl analogues. INCB's March 2026 notice adds only MDMB-FUBINACA to Schedule II, with effect from 25 November 2026, and does not name 3-MeO-PCPr. The current INCB materials therefore establish no scheduling of 3-MeO-PCPr under the 1961, 1971 or 1988 Conventions.
