Doip is a rare psychedelic amphetamine in the DOx family, combining psychedelic activity with strong amphetamine-like stimulant effects. Alexander Shulgin first synthesized it and described it in PiHKAL. In rodent drug-discrimination tests, DOIP was several-fold less potent than DOx compounds including DOM1, although it can still produce substantial changes in mental state.
