Parafluorofentanyl
Parafluorofentanyl is an extremely potent synthetic opioid and analogue of fentanyl, originally developed by Janssen Pharmaceutica during the 1960s. It is classified as a depressant with significant habit-forming potential. The substance remains rare, and relatively little is known about its pharmacological profile or safety margins. Due to its exceptional potency, it should be handled with extreme caution, and combining it with other depressants is strongly discouraged due to the heightened risk of fatal respiratory depression.
