Parafluorofentanyl
Parafluorofentanyl is an extremely potent synthetic opioid and analogue of fentanyl, originally developed by Janssen Pharmaceutica during the 1960s. It is classified as a depressant with significant habit-forming potential. The substance remains rare, and relatively little is known about its pharmacological profile or safety margins. Due to its exceptional potency, it should be handled with extreme caution, and combining it with other depressants is strongly discouraged due to the heightened risk of fatal respiratory depression.

Doses are population estimates that vary widely between individuals.
Subjective Effects
Legacy content. A statistically backed ontology from Mindstate Design Labs is coming soon.
Reported effects are limited to those documented for fentanyl analogues generally, with itching and nausea noted alongside the potential for serious, life-threatening respiratory depression.
Pharmacology
Pharmacodynamics
Parafluorofentanyl is an opioid analgesic and a structural analogue of fentanyl. Beyond its classification as an opioid analgesic, detailed pharmacodynamic characterization is not available in the current literature.

Interactions
An unlisted combination is an unknown one, not a safe one. Check a dedicated combination chart before mixing.
Tolerance
Tolerance timelines are rules of thumb, not exact schedules, and vary widely between individuals and use patterns.

Toxicity
As a fentanyl analog, it has contributed to numerous overdose deaths across Europe and the former Soviet republics since fentanyl analog use resurged in Estonia in the early 2000s.
Potentially serious respiratory depression can occur, which may be life-threatening.
History & Culture
Parafluorofentanyl was originally developed by Janssen Pharmaceutica during the 1960s as part of their extensive research into fentanyl analogs. The compound appeared briefly on the illicit United States market in the early 1980s, notably predating the introduction of the Federal Analog Act, which…
