Published assay values include EC50 estimates around 905 nM with 41% maximal efficacy, and another reported 5-HT2A EC50 of 6,732 nM, both far weaker than comparator compounds such as 2C-B, 2C-I, or 2C-E. It also shows weak MAO-B inhibition at about 14,000 nM IC50, while MAO-A inhibition was not detected.
