5-MeO-MET
5-MeO-MET is a 5-MeO-DMT analog investigated for its in vitro receptor pharmacology and psychedelic-like effects in the mouse head-twitch response model1. Structurally, it is similar to 5-MeO-DMT and related to methylethyltryptamine (MET); its effects are likely similar to those of other psychedelic tryptamines. It is suspected to have been first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin.
